The Provider issues a purchase confirmation rather than a VAT invoice, as is legally appropriate for the Provider’s business and tax status. The Client agrees to respond to questions, supply materials, provide access and review drafts within a reasonable time.

4.3. The Client must provide accurate information and complete identity, business, banking, tax, and compliance checks required by the relevant provider.

6.3. The Client should allow several business days for account creation, verification, connection and testing. Third-party verification may take longer and is outside the Provider’s control. Delays in opening or verifying accounts may delay launch.

6.4. Where practical, accounts should be created in the Client’s own name. The Client should retain ownership and administrative control of its domain, hosting, payment gateway and business accounts, granting the Provider only the access reasonably needed for configuration.

6.5. The Client is responsible for third-party terms, fees, commissions, chargebacks, reserves, tax reporting, payout schedules and ongoing compliance.

6.6. The Client must review the website and report visible errors or omissions in writing within 7 days. The Client should check content, links, contact details, layout and agreed functionality before launch.

7.3. Written approval to launch, or use of the website for its intended public purpose after being notified that it is ready, may be treated as acceptance of delivery, without affecting mandatory statutory rights.

7.4. New pages, new design directions, extra features, extensive rewrites, new integrations or changes to approved content are additional work and may incur extra charges.

7.5. The Provider will use reasonable efforts to test the website before delivery. Testing cannot guarantee that every browser, device, plugin, network, third-party service, or future software update will work without issue.

30-DAY WARRANTY AFTER DELIVERY

8.1.
